REGISTRATION

The registration for the LIPSS 2025 workshop open, see link below. Participation in the workshop is free of charge. There is a maixumum of 50 attendeees.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

To submit a paper for a talk at the workshop, a template must be used, which can be downloaded below. Abstracts will be part of a book of abstracts (hardcopy), distributed at the workshop. If you submit an abstract you must also register for the workshop (see above). Submit your abstract no later than September 30^th.

POSTER SUBMISSION

This year, besides oral talks, there will be a poster session. To submit a poster for the poster session, use the template for the poster, which can downloaded below. Posters will not be printed for you. You need to bring the poster (max. size A1) yourself. Poster boards and pins will be available in the conference room. Posters will also be part of a book of abstracts (hardcopy), distributed at the workshop. If you submit a poster, you do not need to submit an abstract of that poster. If you submit a poster you must also register for the workshop (see above). Submit your abstract no later than September 30^th.
