Predicting the service life of a bicycle frame

The goal of the project is to upgrade the current accelerated life-time tests used in the bike industry for frames and forks by making them more representative of the real-life conditions to which bikes are submitted by their daily users. Loads and parameters applied in bikes while in real-life conditions can later on be integrated into the design and simulation phases in order to have a shorter turnaround time for the products and a more accurate life-time prediction.
