UT supporting Voedselbank Enschede-Haaksbergen

Voedselbank Enschede-Haaksbergen helps people who do not have enough money to put a complete meal on the table every day. The charity organization collects food supplies and makes them available free of charge to 500 households in the region Enschede Haaksbergen.

On April 15, the Voedselbank gave the University of Twente and some members of the Department of Design, Production and Managment the opportunity to help them sort food packages. The Voedselbank Enschede Haaksbergen works with approximately 110 unpaid volunteers and depends on third parties (in money, services, and goods) to support families.
