The past three years a few of our researchers worked hard on the pilot project GridFlex Heeten. In this project, several consortium partners (Enexis Netbeheer, Endona, Escozon, University of Twente, ICT Group, Dr Ten, Enpuls and Buurtkracht) experimented with developing an innovative business case to use local energy locally. They designed and tested new pricing mechanisms and used sea salt batteries in practice for the first time. The lessons they learned are precious for future projects. So, is a local and sustainable energy market possible? The answer is discussed in the webinar about GridFlex Heeten, which you can find below [in Dutch]. For more information, you can also download the whitepaper with the lessons we learned [in Dutch]. Also, see the news message by Enexis [in Dutch].
