Have you read that the Service Desks, UT buildings and catering locations will have different opening hours during the summer holiday. Hereby a reminder. Please find the complete overview below.
Service Desks and buildings
Our services will be continued as much as possible. A few things will be changed slightly:
- Issuance of keys will only take place at the Service Desk during opening hours.
- Mail and packages will be picked up/delivered as usual according to the schedule. Please submit any express mail or registered mail before 12:00 whenever possible; otherwise, please call the building's Service Desk. You will be connected to the employees there who will help you further.

Note: request access authorisation ouside wo-king hours in the SESAM application if you need to for your building.

Spiegel
Servicedesk will be closed. The main entrance of the Spiegel building will be open on working days from 8.00-18.00 uur. The security deparment will open and close the main entrance of the Spiegel.
Vrijhof
- Week 28-29, 8.00-24.00
- Week 30-33, 8.00-20.00
- Starting week 34, 8.00-24.00

Appèl canteens and restaurants
The Appèl canteens will be closed during the following weeks:
- Horst: week 30 t/m 34
- Ravelijn: week 30 t/m 35
- Lemons & Beans: week 30 t/m 35
- Theatercafé: week 28 t/m 35
- Langezijds: week 30 t/m 34
Restaurant Waaier is open for lunch from week 30 t/m 35 from Monday till Friday from 12.00 till 14.00. Regular opening hours will apply starting week 36.
Brownies & Downies
Brownies&Downies is closed from 8 July till 2 September.
Starbucks and Subway
Open during regular opening hours.
