It has started again; STOPtober. 28 Days together not smoking. A great time to realise your possible quitting wish. Take up the challenge together with your colleagues and contribute to keeping our campus smoke-free.

UT cessation programmes

UT offers several options that can help you make your quit attempt a success. There are physical training sessions, but also several apps that guide you personally, such as the app Stopmaatje developed by UT in cooperation with Saxion, MST, and Tactus Verslavingszorg. Check the website for the range of quit programmes on offer.
