This is also an invitation to join the online Student Wellbeing-platform. Here you can find information and videos about services provided by Student psychologists, mental health topics, practical tips, useful links and exercises. Have you always wanted to try out the very cold Wim Hof method? Or are you done with sitting at home and would you really like to go for a walk, but missing a walking buddy?

Wellbeing theme weeks 'Breathe'

On 19 April the Wellbeing theme weeks ‘Breath’ will start. Activities that you can do during these weeks are among others laugh workshops and Bob Ross painting workshops. You can also sign up for a Walking Buddy programme to go walking with a buddy in the beautiful surroundings of Twente.
