The possibility still exists that you will receive the message 'payment failed' when you use it for the first time. In that case, please request the product again, after which it will be dispensed.

Unfortunately, the technical problem with the card readers of our hot drink vending machines has not yet been solved. The technicians are now on site to fix the fault as soon as possible. Individual calls do not have to be registered anymore, as it concerns all machines.

At the moment there is a technical problem with the card reader of the hot drink vending machines on campus. Douwe Egberts is now working hard to find the cause and tries to fix this as soon as possible.
