  • I am a bachelor's student. How can I re-enrol for a changed enrolment in Studielink?

    If you change from bachelor’s programme A to bachelor’s programme B you press the button ‘Enrolment application’ in Studielink to enrol for this bachelor’s programme. Don’t forget to arrange the payment of your tuition fees in Studielink!

  • I am a bachelor's student. How can I re-enrol in Studielink if I graduate before 1 September?

    If you graduate before 1 September from your bachelor's and you want to start by 1 September a master's programme, please make a request for enrolment in Studielink for the particular master's and arrange the payment of your tuition fees. With this step your application is complete, you do not have to upload documents in Osiris. After you are official graduated for the bachelor's, the department Student Affairs & Services will take care of your master's enrolment.

  • I am a bachelor's student. How can I re-enrol in Studielink if it is not sure if I graduate before 1 September?

    If you are not sure if you graduate before 1 September for your bachelor's programme, please make an unchanged re-enrolment in Studielink and arrange the payment of your tuition fees. So with respect to your current enrolment. The department Student Affairs & Services will take care of your enrolment for the master's on a later moment and if it’s necessary with retroactive effect by 1 September. 

  • If I graduate from my bachelor's and want to enrol in a master's, does this count as a programme change?

    Yes, this is classed as a programme change. You have to do a change of enrolment application request in Studielink for the particular master's. Do not forget to arrange the payment of your tuition fees in Studielink!

  • I am a pre-master's student. Do I have to re-enrol in Studielink?

    Yes, as a pre-master's student you have to re-enrol in Studielink. You already paid the amount for this pre-master's at the start of this pre-master's.

    If you stop your pre-master's programme you cannot come back to complete this pre-master's programme.

  • I am a master's student. How can I re-enrol for a changed enrolment in Studielink?

    If you change from a master’s programme A to a master’s programme B you press the button ‘Enrolment application’ in Studielink to enrol for this master’s programme. Don’t forget to arrange the payment of your tuition fees in Studielink!

  • How do I enter the master’s programme once I have completed my pre-master's?

    Pre-master's to master's per 1 September or 1 February (intake moments): in Studielink you have to apply for enrolment for the master’s programme and arrange the payment of your tuition fees.

  • Is a change of address perceived as a change in my re-enrolment?

    No, a change of address is no change in your re-enrolment. Don’t forget to change your address in Studielink.

  • Is a change in method of payment perceived as a change in my re-enrolment (e.g. by authorisation form in instalments or a payment form into account)?

    No, a change in method of payment is not a change in your re-enrolment. You can change your method of payment each year.

  • I don’t know if I will obtain enough credits to get a positive BSA. Should I already re-enrol?

    If you expect that you will obtain enough credits to get a positive BSA, please re-enrol in Studielink for the new academic year. As soon as you have a positive BSA, your re-enrolment will be activated automatically by Student Services, on the condition that you have arranged the payment of the tuition fees.

    If you expect that you will not obtain enough credits and you will get a negative BSA for this academic year, please don’t re-enrol in Studielink for this programme!
    Please note: make sure you arranged your re-enrolment before 1 September!

  • What to do if I don’t want to re-enrol for the new academic year?

    If you do not wish or you are not permitted to re-enrol for the new academic year, please let us know via Studielink. Check the ‘Step by step instruction – I do not wish to re-enrol’. After you clicked the button ‘No, I do not wish to re-enrol’ your enrolment will end by law per 1 September. Student Services will cease sending you emails about re-enrolment.

  • What if I graduate during the academic year, do i need to pay for the whole year?

    Yes, when enrolling you need to arrange the payment for the whole year. Read our website for information about de-enrolment and tuition fees when you are planning to graduate. You may be eligible for a partial refund
