Re-enrolment

Do you want to continue your studies in the coming academic year?

Then you have to re-enrol.

How to re-enrol? / re-Enrolment status

Here is a step-by-step guide to guide you through the re-enrolment process.

1. Studielink

Go to Studielink and log in.

2. Arrange your re-enrolment

In Studielink, click on ‘arrange your re-enrolment'. You will see your study programme on the left-hand side. Click on the button 're-enrol' and select 'Yes, I want to re-enrol’. Click on 'I confirm my choice’, answer any questions about the institution, and click on confirm.

3. Tuition fees

You will receive a message about the amount of your tuition fees. This may take some time. Confirm your digital authorisation and pay the tuition fees. If you have not (yet) paid your tuition fees, you will not be officially enrolled at UT.

4. Check the status / Osiris Student indicates: 'You have not complied with the enrolment requirements'

Check the status of your re-enrollment in Studielink. Once it shows “enrolled,” your re-enrollment is complete.

If the status does not yet show “enrolled,” and/or Osiris Student indicates: 'You have not complied with the enrolment requirements', you have not fully met the enrollment requirements. The reason(s) could be:

  1. A final positive or postponed BSA (Binding Study Advice) has not yet been issued or processed.
  2. Payment has not yet been arranged in Studielink and/or has not yet been processed (please allow up to 2 weeks for processing).
  3. There is an outstanding tuition fee payment for the current academic year.
  4. You have applied for a Master’s program but have not yet officially graduated from your Bachelor’s program.
  5. You have applied for a Master’s program and have graduated from your Bachelor’s program, but your degree does not grant direct admission to the desired Master’s; your eligibility still needs to be assessed by the Master’s program.
  6. You have applied for a different program than the one you are currently enrolled in. This is considered a “changed enrollment,” and your application still needs to be reviewed for admission.

Please make sure your e-mail address in Studielink is up to date. Updates about your enrolment will be sent to that e-mail address.

Switching to another study

Switching within UT

If you decide to change your study within UT during the academic year or you are going to do a second study, contact student services desk for more information and they will send you an online web form to request for switching from programmes within UT.

Switching outside UT

If you decide to switch to higher professional education or to another university during the academic year, you can request a "Proof of Paid Tuition Fees" at the Student Services desk. Student Services will send this digitally to the other educational institution; you do not have to pay tuition fees again to the other educational institution. In that case, your registration at UT will remain in effect until the end of the academic year.
