The UT Challenge is an initiative of the University of Twente, Student Union, Novel-T, Designlab and ETM and has grown into a platform that every student can benefit from. In previous editions, over 1400 students have developed ideas and prototypes, drawn up business plans and exchanged valuable knowledge with the (local) business community, with regard to important societal themes.
Last month was the kick-off! Students got to meet their competitors, partners, and coaches as well as learning what to expect the next several weeks.
And now it’s time for SPEEDDATING! The Speeddate round is an engaging and inspiring afternoon where students and companies talk about what they do in terms of startups, and get insights from various experts within various fields. There is so much to learn from each other. Maybe students can teach companies to look at different perspectives, and companies can teach students to think about the corporate side of their products. Join us at DesignLab and meet with companies such as Twente Board, Shell, The National Police and many more. So, shoot your shot. Pitch your plan. Who knows what it will bring?
