During this talk

2019 was a monumental year for the global movement to combat climate change. Greta Thunberg, climate strikes, the Amazon rainforest burning, the UN Climate talks in Madrid, and recently, bushfires in Australia.

Where do we go from here?

During this talk, Tom Wilkinson will adress the work Amnesty International is doing for human rights, and why human rights must be central in our efforts to tackle climate change. You will learn about important cases in the Netherlands and abroad, and most importantly, consider what you can do to help combat climate change and protect human rights.
