Center for Healthcare Operations Improvement and Research (CHOIR) at the University of Twente and the EURO Working Group on Operational Research Applied to Health Services (ORAHS) are delighted to announce the establishment of the ORAHS International Seminar Series, which aims to provide state-of-the-art research talks for scholars worldwide who are active in the nexus of OR/OM and healthcare applications. We believe these seminars will prepare and support graduate students and researchers who are active in the field with the newest research conducted worldwide. Moreover, they provide opportunities for academic members to get acquainted and find possible future collaborations.
The seminars are planned monthly, on every last Tuesday of the month, via Zoom in the late afternoon (Europe), morning (US), or evening (Asia/Pacific).
Our first speaker is Prof. Stefan Nickel, Chair of Discrete Optimization and Logistics, and a Director of the Institute for Operations Research at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), on May 31, 2022, at 16:00 (CEST).
