German-Dutch meeting on health care Management

Conference fees:

Speakers, individual members of GOR or CHOIR, employees of companies that are corporate members of GOR, employees of the institution where the conference is taking place, or organizing the conference: Free of charge
Students who are not members of GOR of CHOIR: €20
Non-members working at universities: €100 (the fee corresponds to a GOR annual membership fee)
Employees of companies without personal or corporate membership in the GOR: €200.

I hereby register for German-Dutch meeting on Health Care Management taking place on 5th March (9:00 - 18:00) and 6th March (9:00 - 12:00) at the University of Twente, Enschede, The Netherlands.

The meeting is co-organized by the working group on Health Care Managment of the German OR Society (GOR e.V.) and CHOIR (Center for Healthcare Operations Improvement & Research, University of Twente).
