Graduates of the Bachelor’s programme in Civil Engineering have automatic entry to the Master’s programmes of Civil Engineering & Management (CEM) and Construction Management & Engineering (CME). Depending on when you want to start your Master's programme, the application procedure is different.
- If you want to start in September or February, you have to register in Study
Link. You don’t have to follow any of the other steps in the UT admission
procedure. - If you want to start in another month (except June, July and August; in those months it’s not possible to start a Master’s programme) you
will receive an email about your plan after finishing the Bachelor's. Make sure to fill out the webform. Student Services can transfer your enrollment
from Bachelor to Master per first of the following month. You don’t have to apply in Study Link or follow any of the other steps in the UT admission
procedure.

Please note
You need to be graduated before you can start in the Master’s programme. The bachelor-before-master regulation is in place (see Enrolment | University of Twente). In some cases you may already start with master courses before the graduation, under condition that you are enrolled in the Master’s programme at the moment the exams of those master courses take place. Please discuss this with your study adviser.
Transfer to another Master’s programme
A degree from the Bachelor’s programme Civil Engineering may give you (conditional) access to other Master’s programmes. The UT Transfer tool shows which Master’s programmes are available after completion of the Bachelor’s programme. Please contact the concerning programme for more information about admission and enrolment.
