A tour of the lab’s facilities usually lasts about 45 minutes to 1h. We can have a minimum of 5 and maximum of 15 visitors per group, with a possibility for two groups at a time. We are available to give tours on working days, from 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 16:00.

Please request at least 4 weeks in advance. Our team will consider your request and you will receive confirmation by email from someone on our team. We would like to ask you to please confirm by email one week before the tour.

Researchers are expected to take an active role during lab tours by guiding visitors through the facilities they use themselves and by discussing their projects at the BMS Lab.

A standard tour costs 175EUR for visitors outside of BMS faculty, depending on goals of visit.

You can cancel 3 working days in advance. Cancelling late or a no-show will result in the full price being charged. Delay in more than 15 minutes without notice is considered cancellation.
