Free MOOC: “Open Science: Sharing your Research with the World”

The past months have shown the importance of sharing your research with the world: Open Science accelerates research.

To understand and apply the Open-Science principles in your own research area, you are invited to join the new edition of TU Delft’s MOOC “Open Science: Sharing your Research with the World”. This course is open to anyone and completely free.

The MOOC covers an introduction to Open Science, Research Data Management, Open Access to publications, increasing research(er) visibility and impact, and getting to know the benefits of working within Virtual Research Environment. Since research increasingly relies on software, FAIR software practices are covered as well, and topics to consider when writing, managing, sharing, and re-using code.

The course starts on May 6th and takes 4 weeks (about 4 hours per week). It has 3 mandatory modules, and in the fourth week, you can choose between three options to complete the course.
