Building a House of Integrity: Apply for the Scientific Integrity Programme

Up to now, we have sent two news items about how the UT is building a House of Integrity. Our aim is to further encourage discussion and support a dialogue that contributes to a UT community that is safe and aware of ethical standards. The question we face is how we can all contribute to further building a House of Integrity.  There is a suitable answer for everyone.

Apply for the Scientific Integrity Programme
If you would like to familiarise yourself with current issues of scientific integrity, and current legal frameworks now governing integrity, you can apply for the Scientific Integrity Programme at UT.  This programme is now available online and you can attend the subsequent workshop. PhDs and PDengs are cordially invited to join. The first workshop starts on 16 October 2020. The workshop will then also be organised on 9 December 2020 and  8  March 2021.

How we all contribute to building a House of Integrity
You can inform yourself about the programmatic approach of building a House of Integrity. You can watch the videos of colleagues and find out how they deal with difficult dilemmas. The first published video is a dialogue between Thom Palstra and Ellen Giebels. See below. We also invite you to engage in further discussions about integrity with your colleagues and to open a dialogue on dilemmas. By doing so we all contribute to a UT community that is safe and aware of ethical standards.
