On Thursday 11 November Pro-U and ELAN will organise a conference about the importance of leadership during sustainable education development. The number of schools that are working on educational developments through Professional Learning Communities (PLG’s) such as data teams and lesson study-teams is increasing. Since working on sustainable education development brings challenges, schools need to be aware of the importance of leadership.
The question is how leadership can concretely promote this sustainability, which will be discussed extensively during this conference
