  Please note that for some programmes only the graduation committee can file a request for Cum Laude for a student! 

• motivation letter*
• a complete and detailed study progress overview (SVO/SPO) from Osiris
• if applicable: board year: the appointment letter from FOBOS or student association, including the appointment period and proof of the financial compensation
• if applicable: declaration of personal circumstances (for EB GS, IS and MS and from study advisor; EB BS via EAO**)

* mandatory data in your motivation letter:

• student name and last name
• student number
• programme you are enrolled in
• article(s) applicable to your request
• clear substantiation for your request
