Initial Project Plan

• Draw up an initial project plan in which at least the following issues are addressed:
  - Motivation
  - Objectives
  - Approach
• Additionally, it is also advisable to pay attention to the following issues:
  - Time schedule
  - Background
• Complete the Planning Form Final Project AM and send it to BOZ within the first 6 weeks of your final project.

Graduation Committee

• Consult with your supervisor about the formation of the graduation committee.
• The graduation committee should critically evaluate the initial project plan for its scientific contribution, feasibility, societal relevance, etc. and give feedback, aiming at reaching a satisfactory initial project plan.

Relevant forms

• Register in Mobility Online: Use the graduation form "Graduation extended" and internal for a project at the UT, and external for a project outside the UT.
• Complete the procedure by logging back in and upload a signed form to be checked by BOZ.
