Work Ethic and Culture
Hey Fellows, we are Militsa, Simeon, and Daniel from Bulgaria. We are representing Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, the biggest and the oldest university in our country. We are studying Economics and Business Administration, and we are members of the NGO Business club, which is a student organization registered as a non-profit legal entity that connects students with the business environment. Shortly, the Business Club is allowing students to develop skills necessary for professional qualification and implementation while having fun. At the same time, it helps companies to make direct contact with young students and to have a look at their knowledge, skills, and potential.
As people who are always working with others, we especially value the work ethics and the right attitude toward the relevant job. Unfortunately, this is not the case with a lot of people around us in our country. Because of different reasons that we are going to discuss with you in our workshop, a lot of Bulgarians tend to wait for the right things to happen to them. That's why we are choosing work ethic as our workshop topic, in which we will discuss the work culture in Bulgaria and how to improve it. The workshop will try to help you develop a better work ethic, therefore become more productive (let's face it, we can always be a bit better). We believe that this topic is an important part of our lives and concerns not only Bulgaria but all nations around the world.
