Our PhD students Fedor Akhmetov and Ilias Gaffarov recently attended the SPIE Optics + Optoelectronics 2023 International Symposium held in Prague, Czech Republic. The conference focused on Optics Damage and Materials Processing by EUV/X-ray Radiation and took place from April 24 to April 25, 2023.
At the event, Fedor Akhmetov presented on the topic of 'Laser-induced heating and surface modifications in Ru thin films,' while Ilias Gaffarov presented a poster titled 'Si transfer and self-limiting chemisorption on Ru thin film surface in hydrogen radicals environment.' Both presentations provided valuable insights into the respective areas of study and showcased the XUV Research Group's expertise in the field.
