The eHealth House is part of the Simulation and Training Centre | Technical Medical Centre | University of Twente of the University of Twente. It offers a simulated living area (living lab), where technologies can be tested in a realistic though controlled environment.
The eHealth House is part of the programme: Personalized eHealth Technology (PeHT) of the University of Twente. This programme aims mainly at innovations in mobile and digital health technologies.
The eHealth House consists of a living room, a kitchen, a sleeping room and a bathroom. Cameras are in all these rooms, except for the bathroom, in order to monitor research. From the control room, provided with one-way mirrors, the rooms can be monitored.
