Ticketing

Absolutely! Bachelor’s and Master’s students from the University of Twente or other institutions are welcome to participate in the event.

For the upcoming edition, however, we are working with a pre-registration form, in which you can share your motivation for participating.

If you are a speaker, panellist, moderator, or other contributor involved in an inspiration session at the event, you can register free of charge. You will receive this form through the coordinator of the respective session.

That is definitely possible, and it’s great to hear that you would like to participate with multiple people from your organisation. This option is available for departments or research groups within the University of Twente, as well as for external organisations. Please note that a minimum number of tickets must be purchased.

You likely registered using an email address linked to a medical organisation. These organisations often have very strict spam filters, which may block the confirmation email from the ticketing provider (Aanmelder).

The best solution is to update your email address in the registration form and confirm your registration again. You should then receive the confirmation email almost immediately. If you still don’t receive it, please email us and request the confirmation and invoice at: techmed-events@utwente.nl

That depends on whether tickets are still available at that time. We will always communicate the current ticket availability on the website, so unfortunately, we can’t guarantee this.

If tickets are still available, you’ll be able to purchase one on the event day. Please note, however, that you won’t receive a printed badge, and we won’t be able to accommodate any allergies or special dietary requirements.

Yes, a full ticket is required. The event is designed as a complete experience, and a ticket grants access to the entire programme, including all sessions, networking opportunities, and catering. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to purchase a ticket for just one specific part of the event, as we cannot monitor whether you would only attend that part and not make use of the other activities and catering.
