There are several ticketing categories available. Select the ticket type that suits your organisation and register yourself.
External | Ticket
Check if there is an initiative within your organisation to purchase a group ticket. This is possible for groups of 10 or more people.
University of Twente - Employee | ticket
Check if there is an initiative within your department/group to purchase a group ticket. This is possible for groups of 5 or more people.
Student | Ticket
Are you studying Technical Medicine, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Technology at the University of Twente? Check with your educational manager to see whether a group student ticket is being offered.

Update June 12, 2025: At this time, no group tickets have been purchased yet. Once they are, the organisations will be listed here, and you will be able to contact the relevant persons.
If you have accidentally purchased an individual ticket while your organisation has bought group tickets, the cancellation costs must be paid by the participant themselves.

Cancellation fees
- 12 June to 30 October: 100% cashback (Please note that we will deduct a €5,80 cancellation fee)
- 31 October to 6 November: 0% cashback
