We have reached the venue's maximum capacity, so the TechMed Event is fully booked.
If you would still like to take part, please leave your details on the waiting list. If a place becomes available because someone cancels, you will receive a message and can still register.

Can’t attend after all? Cancel your ticket free of charge until 1 Nov. 11:59 PM.
Have you already purchased a ticket but can’t attend after all? We have changed the refund deadline to Sunday 1 November at 11:59 PM. Until then, you can cancel your ticket free of charge. Please do so so we can add someone from the waiting list to the participant list.

Categories & Prices 

There are several ticketing categories available. Select the ticket type that suits your organisation and register yourself. 

  • Ticket prices include 0% VAT.
  • There is no deadline for buying a ticket, but regular sales close on 29 October 2026. After that, the price rises by €50 per person (late registration). You can no longer submit dietary requirements, and no printed badge is available.
  • Once the number of available places has been reached, the event is sold out. This can happen at any time. In that case, people who still wanted to register via a group ticket or by invitation will also no longer be able to register. You can, however, join the waiting list.
  • 29 October 2026 is also the last day for guests to register. After that, the form closes, and a paid ticket is required.

Cancellation fees

  • 12 June to 1 November 11:59 PM: 100% cashback (Please note that we will deduct a €5,80 cancellation fee)
  • After 1 November 11:59 PM: 0% cashback
F.A.Q.
I'm a speaker / stakeholder who's part of the event, where can I register?

If you are a speaker, panellist, moderator, or other contributor for an inspiration session at the event, you can register for free. You will receive this form from the coordinator of the respective session.

I have been invited by someone from the TechMed Centre, but I can no longer register. How should we handle this?

Please send an email to techmed-events@utwente.nl and we will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

I’ve registered myself via the ticketingpage, but I haven’t received a confirmation or invoice by email.

You likely registered using an email address linked to a medical organisation. These organisations often have very strict spam filters, which may block the confirmation email from the ticketing provider (Aanmelder).

The best solution is to update your email address in the registration form and confirm your registration again. You should then receive the confirmation email almost immediately. If you still don’t receive it, please email us and request the confirmation and invoice at: techmed-events@utwente.nl

I’m a student. Can I join the event as well?

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to register.
