Scientists at Dutch universities aim to improve the world through their research, but how sustainable are their practices? Green Labs NL is a movement that assists researchers in making their laboratories more sustainable.

Last week, an article titled "Laboratories can be much greener" appeared in the Nederlands Dagblad, in which Rolf Slaats, coordinator of sustainable laboratories, was interviewed. He is responsible for making the laboratories at UT more sustainable and utilizes the LEAF project to assist research groups in greening their labs.
