On June 4 the four strategy working groups gathered in the Horst Tower for a joint kick-off. The upcoming period they are working on formulating strategic principles for the tracks Open, Sustainable, Way of working and Personalized. These principles will already be as concrete as possible and guiding for what is needed to realize our vision in the coming three years. The four trackstratgies together form the basis of the UT strategy.
During the kick-off, Victor van der Chijs expressed the appreciation of the Executive Board for the rapid deployment of the strategy groups, despite everyone's limited available time. Van der Chijs emphasized the unique character of the #shaping2030 process with the inspiration sessions, round table meetings and discussions with partners for our new vision and mission and now these strategy working groups.
On July 3, each group presents the first elaboration during a strategy day with senior management. With the input obtained there, the groups can continue to work on a final version that they must submit at the end of September. From that moment on SP starts working on turning four sub-strategies into one. The entire process must be completed before Christmas.
