Getting around the conference can be downloaded here.
A map of the campus and an excerpt of the conference area can be found below on the next page and here. The events and sessions of the conference take place in the Ravelijn (no. 10), Waaier (no. 12), Carré (no. 15), and Technohal (no. 18). In the middle of these buildings is a central square, O&O plein (no. 0). All entrances are located at the sides of this square. Mind that to enter the Waaier and Carré, use the entrance of Hall B (no. 13).
The registration is organised in the open area of the Ravelijn (no. 10). Keynote speeches and plenary sessions take place in room Waaier 2 (no. 12). Waaier 2 is accessible from the second floor in the Waaier building (go to the right in Hall B; no.13). Lunches and poster sessions are in the central space of the Technohal (no. 18). The parallel sessions take place in different rooms of Ravelijn (no. 10), Carré (no. 15) and Technohal (no. 18). Please refer to the parallel session schedule for the exact location.
Rooms
Carré (no. 15). The rooms in Carré can be accessed through the stairway in Hall B (no. 13). By passing the corridor after the stairs, the rooms starting with 2 can be found on the right-hand side of the first floor. For rooms starting with 3, take the stairs to the second floor.
Technohal (no. 18). Room 1336 can be found on the ground floor in the back. For room 3338, take the stairs to the second floor. From the outside, the Technohal building is called TechMed Centre.
Ravelijn (no. 10). The rooms starting with 2 are on the first floor, and rooms starting with 4 are on the third floor. Make sure to carefully follow the signs for the rooms on the third floor, as rooms with 42## require you to take a different staircase from rooms with 43##.
The campus is very spacious and green, so don’t forget to explore the campus and its facilities!
