Abstract submission will close on 15 September 2025.
This first submission is a short abstract of maximum 2 pages (find all the requirements on the abstract template) which will be used to decide on your acceptance and on your type of presentation (oral or poster). In January you will have the chance to submit an extended abstract (which will be optional) in case you want to have an extended version of your work to be published in the conference proceedings. If you do not submit an extended abstract, your short abstract will be published in the conference proceedings.
