We are fortunate to actively collaborate with a pletora of private and public organizations across the construction value chain. You can collaborate by involvement in educational activities or in dedicated research projects or programmes.
Education
The education of the University of Twente is challenge-based and project-driven. The CME group provides education for several Bachelor modules and Master courses. In our teaching we often use real case projects where students can learn about challenges in the professional work field. Or invite professionals for gueast lectures. Many of our students take an internship at international and national organisations or universities or choose to graduate on a topic that is commissioned by an external organisation. Research
Following our engaged scholarship approach we often collaborate closely with actors from the field in our research activities. We have longstanding relationships with municipalities, provinces, ministries, asset managers, engineering firms, contractors, consultants, product suppliers, knowledge institutes and other organisations. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in participating or commissioning research projects. This can either be in the context of the BSc, MSc, EngD or PhD educational programmes or for independent research by our scientific staff.
