UT Team wins Pioneers in Healthcare voucher to investigate efficient nursing home staff deployment

During the award ceremony at Deventer Ziekenhuis, the team of Anne Zander, Aleida Braaksma, and Richard Boucherie, together with their collaborators from Medisch Spectrum Twente,  Ziekenhuisgroep Twente, and Deventer Ziekenhuis won one of the Pioneers in Healthcare vouchers worth 60.000 euros for healthcare innovations in the regions. They will investigate how to support the efficient deployment of nursing home staff through demand prediction by leveraging data on hospital in- and outflows.
