Over the last months, Internal Audit conducted a behavioural study within EEMCS with a focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The goal was to gain a better understanding of how our employees experience DE&I in the context of the environment and culture within our faculty. Employees from all parts and layers of the faculty participated and shared their valuable input.
The outcome of this study shows us where we stand on DE&I-related matters, will be shared for more awareness and used as input for (new) DE&I initiatives.
