There are two categories of complaints a student can file: a complaint about an examiner (or his or her exam) or an appeal regarding a decision taken bij the Examination Board EEMCS. These complaints and appeals can be filed to the Board of Appeal for Examinations in accordance with section 7.59 a. and b. of the Higher Education and Research Act (WHW).
