Roland van Rijswijk-Deij awarded NWO Vidi Talent Fund

We are very happy and proud that our colleague Roland van Rijswijk-Deij is one of the recipients of NWO Vidi funding and will continue his excellent research on Internet security. With the help of this grant, Roland and his team in the SHARQS project will develop a systematic approach for transitioning to a quantum‐safe Internet.

This year, out of a total of 551 researchers, 97 researchers are selected as Vidi recipients resulting in an 18% success rate. Vidi is part of the NWO Talent Programme and is aimed at experienced researchers with already an established research career and several years of successful research career after obtaining their PhD.

Congratulations to our colleague Roland and other recipients of this prestigious award!
