IND Residence permit pickup

Group appointments with the IND will be organised to collect your residence permit. These appointments will normally take place at a central location during the summer intake, or on campus during the winter intake. You will be informed about collecting your residence permit once the planner is live and the IND confirmed your card is ready.

In case you miss the appointment, you will have to make an individual appointment. When booking an individual appointment, you’ll have to collect your permit at the IND office in Zwolle.
