INd residence permit pickup
An IND group appointment will be organized to collect your residence permit. In case you miss this appointment, or your residence permit is not yet ready to be collected, you will have to make an individual appointment. In case you study at the University of Twente, you will have to collect your residence permit at the IND office in Zwolle.
