Two S&T members nominated for Teaching Awards!

From May 19 to 23, the Week of Education will take place — a key moment to celebrate the quality of education at the University of Twente. During this week, two teaching awards will be presented: the Brinksma Innovation Grant and the UT Teacher of the Year Award 2025.

Two faculty members from the Faculty of Science and Technology (TNW) have been nominated – a well-deserved recognition of their dedication and educational excellence:

Nominees for the Brinksma Innovation Grant (BIG 2025):

• Leonie Krab-Hüsken, Jéré van Lente, Linlin Pei, Arnoud Onnink (TNW)

Nominees for the UT Teacher of the Year Award 2025:

• Janneke Alers (TNW)
• Jasper de Jong (EEMCS)
• Tom van Dijk (EMCS)

The Week of Education will kick off on Monday, May 19, with the Brinksma Innovation Grant ceremony, followed by the Teacher of the Year Award presentation on Thursday, May 22.
