Starting your studies in February as a visa student?

Together with Saxion, UT has arranged a group appointment with the IND on Thursday 27 February 2025. You can pick up your residence permit at the UT Contact Centre, located centrally on campus.

When you join the group appointment, there is no need to travel to Zwolle, so you save time and money. The group appointment is a smooth and central process for you as a student. At the event, you can meet fellow (new) students from UT and Saxion!

• Location: UT Contact Centre, centrally on campus (building nr. 42)

You will receive an email with a link where you can plan a timeslot for the group appointment yourself. Students from Saxion receive their timeslot from their International Officer. In both cases, you will get the information with the exact details two weeks in advance. So mark your calendars!

If you miss this date, you have to arrange an appointment in Zwolle. Be warned that it is quite busy at the IND office and difficult to get an individual appointment. Let’s make this easy together!
