In 2020, the TOPFIT Citizenlab was launched for a period of three years. The goal of this unique research project was ambitious. The Twente region served as a testing ground to work towards a healthier community. In Twente, the population has a shorter life expectancy than the rest of the Netherlands and also experiences poorer health. In order to bring about change, healthcare professionals and researchers, along with citizens, patients' organizations, healthcare and welfare organizations, technological companies, municipalities, and employers, developed the citizen science program TOPFIT Citizenlab for health and well-being. They have compiled this Field Guide. You can download it here.
