How do you get what you want? This workshop teaches you how to get to a 'yes!'. Or just as helpful: get past a 'no'. You discover how to find a win-win solution, improve the relationship with the other person and do all of this efficiently.This workshop is also unusually fun. It's not just sitting and listening. You practice and test the principles by negotiating with Ivo (the trainer) and your fellow students.
