Educational Quality

Want to know about our course offerings?

The University of Twente is firmly committed to providing the highest quality education and research possible. Quality and evaluation play an important role in ensuring that the University of Twente can provide the best possible education and research.

Quality frameworks and evaluation instruments are used to measure and assess the performance of the University, its programmes, and its people. We deploy continuous evaluation cycles to identify areas for improvement, to ensure that the proper resources are devoted to the right areas, and to ensure that the goals and objectives of the University are met. This CELT expert group focuses specifically on contributing to the development of those frameworks and instruments. Furthermore, we connect stakeholders with specific questions to other expert groups in CELT and elsewhere inside and outside of the UT, forming a ‘hub’ for all things related to the quality of education.

We offer support and advice on various quality-related topics and are part of different working groups like for instance the QA team and the QA platform (more information about both groups: About our education | Quality | Education (utwente.nl)) and the Expert team Life Long Learning
