The Ph.D. Thesis of Carolina Herrando titled "Optimal user experience in social commerce: the role of emotions, flow and user-generated information" was awarded the Best Thesis Award in Marketing in Spain for 2019.
The price was awarded by the Spanish Association of Academic and Professional Marketing (AEMARK).
Carolina received her Ph.D. at the University of Saragossa in September 2019; Efthymios was a member of the Ph.D. Examining Committee.
