• a complete and detailed study progress overview (SVO/SPO) from Osiris
• if applicable: proof of traineeship
• if applicable: an overview of chosen courses you will take elsewhere

* mandatory data in your motivation letter:

• student name and last name
• student number
• reason of postponement
• ultimate date of the postponement
• programme you are enrolled in
• articles applicable to your request
• the study unit(s) / module name(s) and code(s)
• name examiner
