On the 18th of May 2023, PhD student Henrike Heunis presented her research on strategic adaptability in negotiations at the International Negotiation Teaching and Research Association (INTRA) conference in Rome, hosted at the Luiss Guido Carli University.
The conference is also connected to the student negotiation competition, where a UT team participated, and Joana was a judge. With Henrike's coaching, one of the UT students received the outstanding (best) negotiator award from the competition! So congratulations to Henrike as the trainer, as well!
