On March 30, EL-IPS researchers Prof. Dr. Louise Knight and Esmee Peters travelled to Bergamo, Italy, for the project meeting of PROCEDIN, a European Union project focussing on building procurement capability for embedding and driving innovation. PROCEDIN aims to collect and bundle existing resources to embed and drive innovation in public organisations.
