EL-IPS research retreat

From 21-23 June 2023, EL-IPS researchers went on their annual research retreat. Professors, associate and assistant professors, and internal and external PhD spend three days together in Germany.

During those three days, we discuss our working papers, discuss PhD progress and do relevant research workshops. This year’s workshops included a discussion on the positivism vs non-positivistic approach, and a workshop on different types of experiments research could utilise in their research.

Of course, there was also time for team-building activities. We have learned a lot about each other’s (lack of) pooling, table tennis and bowling skills.
