Validity of module parts or test results

VALIDITY OF MODULE PARTS OR TEST RESULTS - REQUEST

The period of validity of a module part (bachelor programme) is defined in the programme-specific appendix. In case of major changes to the content and/or structure of the module, the Examination Board will approve of a transitional arrangement.

Test results in the master programme are only valid in the academic year in which they were obtained. The examiner of the unit of study may decide on another arrangement. The examiner should inform the Examination Board of this. The arrangement has been announced via Canvas. The Examination Board can extend this period in individual cases at the request of the student.

Add the following information when you submit a request to the Examination Board:

  1. Extensive motivation
  2. Detailed study progress overview (Osiris incl. test results)
  3. Information on the module part or test (name of the module or course and test, course code, date of the test result, on what date the next exam is planned)
  4. Assessment plan
  5. Study plan
