Normally a student receives the degree certificate when he or she passes the last unit of program. A student can submit a request at the Examination Board to delay the declaration that the final examination has been completed and consequently present the certificate. The request must be made in time, that is before the final colloquium (check the meeting schedule of the examination board). In this request, the student must indicate the reason(s) and desired duration of the delay. The period of the delay may not pass the term of one (1) year.

- a detailed study progress overview
