Each year, UIF is looking for new students that want to make an impact on their campus. To become a Fellow, you need to follow the application procedure below. The applications are open to students of all majors, both under-graduate, graduate and PhD students. The UIF Twente Fellows are looking forward to making change happen with you on the University of Twente's campus!
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
- Create a great network of important stakeholders at the UT
- Participate in international meetups to get inspired by other universities
- Tackle problems that matter
- Join an interdisciplinary team in Twente
- Be part of an international community
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To apply, you should upload the following items to the form below no later than the 25th of February. After your application, you will be invited to do a team assignment with other applicants under the current Fellows' guidance.
NEEDED APPLICATION ITEMS
- Show us your motivation for joining UIF by answering the questions below. This can be in a letter or a video (5-6 minutes), whatever feels right to you.
- Who are you and why do you want to join UIF? What do you bring to the team? (max. 350 words)
- What would you like to change at UT? - If you were the head of the University of Twente, what is the first thing you would do/change? (max. 250 words)
- Pick one of the following questions:
- What is the moment you’ve been proudest of yourself? (max. 250 words)
- What is the greatest challenge you’ve overcome? (max. 250 words)
- What does the future look like for you? What would you keep and what would you change? (Feel free to define the scope and domain for this question such as the planet, your personal life, career, etc) (max. 250 words)
- A picture showing your personality. This can be anything from a serious to a crazy picture. We just want to get to know YOU!
- Your CV or resume
TIMELINE
- Applications are open until the 30th of June, at 23:59.
- 3rd of July: You will know if you've made it to the group interviews round.
- 4th-15th of July: Group interviews will take place.
- 16th of July : You will have our final decision!
