Next to cultural activities, the study tour of Scintilla (study association of Electrical Engineering) visited the Dutch Embassy, Hyundai (motor studio), LG Electronics, Korea University, ASM and ASML Korea.
19 Students and 2 faculty members, Professor Dr. Wilfred van der Wiel and Dr. Wesley van den Beld visited the cutting-edge facilities of the ASM office in South Korea; The VP of Korea R& D, JW Shon, gave an overview of their business and vision, and their Director of Manufacturing, CK Nam, gave a tour through their production process.
